We’re not the right fit for every buyer, but if product safety, consistent quality, and reliable communication matter to your business, we’d encourage you to read on.

What We Make: A Full Range of Water Bottle Types

Water bottles are not all the same. Different end users have different needs. A factory worth working with should be able to produce across multiple product categories without stretching its capabilities thin.

Here is a list of the types of water bottles we manufacture and what makes each one relevant to different buyers:

Product Type Material Key Feature Best For
UV Sterilization Bottles 304/316 Stainless Steel Built-in UV-C LED kills 99.99% of bacteria Health-focused brands, travel retailers
Smart Water Bottles Stainless Steel + Electronics Temperature display, hydration reminders Corporate gifting, wellness brands
Vacuum Insulated Bottles 304 Stainless Steel 12hr hot / 24hr cold retention Outdoor, sports, everyday carry
Tritan Plastic Bottles FDA-approved Tritan® Lightweight, shatter-resistant, BPA-free Schools, gyms, budget-conscious retail

Shaker Bottles Tritan® / PP Mixing ball or blender insert Fitness and supplement brands
Tumblers & Coffee Cups 304 Stainless Steel Slide lid, wide mouth, cup-holder friendly Café chains, commuter gifting

This range isn’t just catalogue depth, it reflects actual production experience. Each product type has its own tooling, quality checkpoints, and material sourcing requirements, and we’ve built those processes over time rather than adding them all at once.

Certifications: What We Have and Why They Matter

Certifications help buyers feel confident that our products meet safety and quality standards and independently verified. Many countries, like the EU, UK, US and Australia require these certifications for products to be sold in there.

Our products are certified or compliant across the following standards:

FDA — U.S. food contact safety compliance for materials that touch drinking water. Required for selling into the American market.

CE — European conformity marking, necessary for electronics-enabled products like our UV sterilization and smart bottle lines when sold in the EU.

UKCA — The UK equivalent of CE, applicable post-Brexit for the British market.

BPA-Free — All plastic components are independently verified to be free of bisphenol A, a chemical with known health concerns that has been restricted or banned in many countries.

RoHS — Restricts the use of hazardous substances in electrical equipment. Relevant for our smart and UV bottle lines.

ISO 9001 — An internationally recognized quality management system standard. This one covers our internal processes, not just the product itself — it means our production, inspection, and documentation practices meet a consistent standard.

We can provide copies of all relevant certifications upon request. If your market requires something specific that isn’t listed above, get in touch and we’ll let you know whether we can meet it.

OEM and ODM: What’s the Difference, and Which Do You Need?

When talking to manufacturers you might hear OEM and ODM. These terms are often mixed up.

  • OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) means you take a product we already make and put your brand on it. This is the affordable way to get a product.

  • ODM (Original Design Manufacturer) means we make a product for you from scratch. This takes longer. Costs more but the product is all yours.

Most of our clients start with OEM. Then move to ODM when they understand what their customers actually want. We can help you decide which one is best.

Customization Options

Whether you’re going the OEM or ODM route, customization is where a factory either earns your trust or loses it. Here’s what we commonly do for clients:

Logo application — Laser engraving, screen printing, pad printing, or full-color UV printing. The right method depends on the material and the look you’re going for. Laser engraving on stainless steel is permanent and premium; full-color printing allows for complex artwork.

Color and finish — Powder coating, electroplating, matte or glossy paint finishes. We can match Pantone references for brand consistency.

Packaging design — Retail-ready packaging including box printing, insert design, and labeling. We can handle this end-to-end or work from your supplied files.

Custom sizing and capacity — Standard sizes range from 350ml to 1L, with custom sizes available for ODM projects.

Smart features — For clients interested in UV sterilization, temperature displays, or app connectivity, our electronics team handles integration and firmware.

The minimum order quantities vary by product and customization type. We’ll give you honest numbers upfront. No bait-and-switch on MOQs after you’ve invested time in sampling.

How We Handle Quality Control

Water bottles have to meet strict manufacturing standards, which do not start at their quality after they have been completed. They must go through the entire production process to be considered good quality.

In order to achieve high standards, we follow a three-step quality program, involving the inspection of the materials that enter the factory prior to manufacturing, in-process monitoring for every step of the formation and assembly process, and a final test for every manufactured batch, involving checking for leaks and pressure testing.

Who We Work With

Our clients consist of independent lifestyle brands creating their first collection, sports goods manufacturers that wish to offer hydration in addition to their portfolio, business-to-business companies requiring consistent supply in large volumes, supermarkets and e-commerce stores that wish to offer private-label products, and international distributors representing several countries.

What these clients share is a need for a manufacturer that communicates clearly, delivers on schedule, and produces a product that holds up in the real world. If that describes your situation, we’d be glad to have a conversation.
