- Necking and thread rolling: The top of the bottle neck is narrowed through mechanical processes and threads are rolled out for attaching the bottle cap.
- Welding and assembly: Connect the inner and outer liner at the bottleneck and weld them securely.
- Vacuum insulation: Vacuum equipment is used to create a vacuum in the space between the inner and outer liner, thus forming a heat insulation layer.
- Surface treatment: Electropolishe and coat (e.g., powder coating) the bottle body to improve durability and give the product color.
- Quality control (inspection): Temperature testing (hot air test) on the bottle to detect any vacuum leaks.
